Position Summary:
We are looking for a technically strong candidate to promote and handle Sales & Business Development for our Electrical Safety Products. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, product demonstration, technical support, and achieving sales targets.
5 - 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales and business development activities exclusively for Electrical Safety Products to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Deliver technical consultation, product demonstrations, and application-based solutions to customers, ensuring clear understanding and effective product adoption.
Conduct market research and field mapping to identify potential customers, new industry segments, emerging requirements, and untapped business opportunities.
Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, channel partners, electrical contractors, safety officers, and plant decision-makers.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (service, operations, purchase, and logistics) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, installation support, and smooth execution.
Drive performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while maintaining a consistent sales pipeline and conversion rate.
Conduct on-site visits, safety audits, feasibility analysis, surveys, and product recommendation assessments to provide suitable and effective safety solutions.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, customer feedback, and industry developments to refine business strategy and maintain market competitiveness.
Support post-sales engagement by ensuring product acceptance, addressing queries, coordinating service support, and enhancing customer satisfaction to retain long-term business.
