Receptionist
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (Plus Two), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service Executive will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
