Social Media Marketer
Full-Time Position | On-Site (Mon-Fri) + Saturday- Half day Work from Home
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketer to build and manage our brand presence across Meta and Google platforms. You will blend paid advertising expertise with organic growth strategies, creative design, and data-driven optimization to drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with strong focus on ROI and conversion optimization
- Design and create compelling social media creatives using Canva, Adobe tools, and AI design platforms
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies; build and engage communities to grow followers and engagement
- Plan, schedule, and publish content calendars across platforms; maintain consistent brand voice
- Monitor platform analytics and trends; conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for performance
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and handle social listening
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance with actionable insights
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, targeting, budget management, optimization)
- Strong design skills; proficiency with Canva and/or similar tools; familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT for content)
- Demonstrated ability to grow follower counts and drive organic engagement; understanding of platform algorithms
- Solid grasp of social media analytics; ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills for different platforms and audiences
- Familiarity with content management and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices; adaptability to algorithm changes
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing agency or digital marketing agency
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with video editing or short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnership strategies
- Familiarity with crisis management on social media
- Experience with LinkedIn or other B2B platforms

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
