- Data Management: Inputting, updating, and verifying data in company databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Documentation & Filing: Processing and organizing documents such as invoices, contracts, and reports, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Financial Assistance: Helping process business expenses, recording company receipts, and reconciling accounts or updating financial logs.
- Office Administration: Monitoring inventory of office supplies, handling equipment maintenance requests, and coordinating meetings or calendars.
