Job Description – Corporate & Personality Development Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate & Personality Development Trainer to enhance both financial market knowledge and professional competencies of employees. The role involves delivering training on stock broking products along with communication, confidence building, grooming, and client-handling skills to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate / Functional Training
- Deliver training on:
- Equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency markets
- Trading platforms and tools
- Investment products (mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, etc.)
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for:
- Sales teams, dealers, relationship managers, and support staff
- Design refresher training sessions on market updates and new products
2. Personality Development & Soft Skills Training
- Conduct workshops on:
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confidence building & public speaking
- Client interaction and relationship management
- Grooming and professional etiquette
- Time management & productivity
- Train teams on sales pitch delivery, negotiation, and objection handling
3. Content Development
- Develop training modules, presentations, role plays, and case studies
- Create blended learning content (classroom + e-learning + videos)
- Design assessment tools, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms
4. Sales Enablement & Behavioural Coaching
- Mentor employees to improve client engagement and conversion rates
- Coach teams on:
- Sales conversations
- Emotional intelligence
- Handling difficult clients
- Conduct mock sessions and provide actionable feedback
5. Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Train employees on regulatory guidelines (SEBI, exchange rules)
- Promote ethical selling and professional standards
6. Performance Evaluation
- Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and KPIs
- Identify skill gaps and create individual development plans
- Track improvement in sales performance and client satisfaction
7. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Business Heads, HR, and Product Teams
- Align training programs with business goals and revenue targets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Finance / Business / Psychology / HR preferred)
- Certifications:
- NISM certifications (mandatory for market-related training)
- Soft skills / Train-the-Trainer certification (preferred)
- NLP / Behavioural training certifications (added advantage)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in:
- Stock broking / Wealth management / Financial services

- Prior experience in training sales or client-facing teams

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
