About us
ProHiFi is an authorized retailer for leading audio and home theatre brands including Denon, Marantz, Primare, ELAC, Fyne Audio, Polk, Q Acoustics, SVS, Cambridge Audio and more. We work closely with customers to specify and deliver high-end audio systems, and we're looking for someone to own the operational backbone of that process.
The role
You'll be the person who makes sure every order runs smoothly from quotation to delivery. This is a hands-on, in-office role that mixes back-office accuracy with direct customer coordination.
What you'll do
- Process sales orders, invoices and related entries in Zoho Books
- Prepare customer proposals and quotations based on inputs from the sales team
- Coordinate dispatches with courier and logistics partners, and keep customers updated on delivery timelines
- Handle after-sales coordination, order status, replacements, service requests, follow-ups
- Manage inward and outward shipments in the office: receiving stock, verifying against invoices, packing and dispatch documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records
- Manage shipping and vendor co-ordination
- Product listing on the website
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in sales operations, back-office, order processing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or a similar accounting/ERP tool — Tally, Zoho Inventory)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Clear written and spoken English and Hindi — you'll be emailing and calling customers directly
- Organised and detail-oriented; comfortable tracking multiple orders at once
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent
Nice to have
- Interest in or exposure to consumer electronics, audio or home theatre
- Experience with GST invoicing and e-way bills
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce order flows
Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday 10 to 2 pm work from office
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
