Job Responsibilities:
- Travel between company locations (shops, hotels, restaurants, and factory) across Chandigarh for IT support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and systems.
- Have basic knowledge of printer, cctv camera and similar hardware installation and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to support business operations.
- Install, configure, and operate computers, systems, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage, support, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix system or application-related problems.
- Maintain daily records of data communication issues, system problems, and actions taken.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
- Advise staff and management on IT policies, procedures, priorities, and technical issues related to telecommunications.
- Ensure company IT assets are used responsibly and protected at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures strictly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT executive for a retail corporation/hotel/factory.
- Must have a two-wheeler or a car for daily travel between locations.
- Willing to travel within Chandigarh as part of the job.
- Basic to good knowledge of computer systems, software, and IT support.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
- Honest, responsible, and professional work attitude.
- Prior experience in an IT support or executive role is preferred.
