Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Digital Marketing Tutor to train students in practical, industry-relevant digital marketing skills. The candidate should be capable of handling batches, designing course content, and mentoring students for real-world applications and job readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training in digital marketing
- Teach core modules such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM / Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Analytics (Google Analytics)
- Develop and update course materials based on current industry trends
- Conduct live projects, assignments, and case studies
- Monitor student performance and provide mentorship
- Assist students with portfolio building and interview preparation
- Coordinate with management for course improvements and placements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Google Ads
- Canva
- SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google / Meta / HubSpot)
- Experience in handling live campaigns and budgets
- Ability to teach in both English and Punjabi/Hindi
