ob Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs based on approved drawings, BOQ and site requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates and cost calculations.
- Verify subcontractor measurements, RA bills and final bills.
- Review subcontractor payment claims and prepare payment recommendations.
- Monitor project quantities, costs and budget.
- Identify and maintain records of variations and support preparation of Variation Orders (VO).
- Assist in preparation and evaluation of claims and contractual documents.
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors, Planning, Design, Procurement and Construction teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Experience:
- 10 key typing: 6 years (Preferred)
