Job Role:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee the center's functioning, coordinate with staff, and ensure the well-being and comfort of the elderly residents under our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and staff activities at the elder care center.
- Ensure the well-being and satisfaction of residents.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for medical and nursing requirements.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Resolve issues and address concerns of residents and their families.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service quality at the center.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in elder care or healthcare.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Compassionate and patient, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Willingness to stay on-site with family accommodation available.
