Location: Remote / Work From Home
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA/PGDM – HR Preferred
Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT & Blue-Collar recruitment
- Manage bulk/mass hiring requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp & other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage offer-to-joining process
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database
Hiring Profiles:
Production | Operators | Technicians | Helpers
Logistics | Delivery | Warehouse
Retail | Sales | Customer Support
Manufacturing | FMCG | Facility Management
…and other Non-IT & Blue-Collar positions.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Recruitment/Staffing consultancy experience preferred
✔ Strong communication & convincing skills
✔ Good sourcing and follow-up abilities
✔ Target-oriented approach
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
