Position: A.P.O/HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Issue HR letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Experience, etc.).
- Support PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Qualification:
- Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience:
- 6months to 1 years experience are required in same domain.
