Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service operations during shifts.
- Train and guide captains and service staff.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards.
- Manage customer relations and handle complaints professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Train and monitor stewards in food and beverage service.
- Ensure timely and efficient table service.
- Address guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
