Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for expanding CAMFiN Global Academy’s presence across colleges in Calicut district. The role involves institutional outreach, appointment fixing, executing on-ground promotional activities such as kiosk campaigns, and maintaining accurate databases related to college contacts and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute college outreach programs across Calicut and Malappuram districts.
- Visit colleges to establish relationships with management, placement officers, and faculty coordinators.
- Fix appointments and coordinate meetings with colleges for presentations, seminars, and campaigns.
- Conduct kiosk marketing activities, on-ground promotions, and awareness campaigns in colleges and public locations.
- Generate and share student enquiry details with the admissions team.
- Maintain and update databases of college contacts, visit details, enquiries generated, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the internal counseling and admissions team for smooth follow-up.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports and submission to the reporting manager.
- Support marketing and business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Represent CAMFiN Global Academy professionally during all external interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Marketing, Educational Sales, or Institutional Outreach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and presentable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
