About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Architect – Sales professional to join our team. The role involves handling client interactions, understanding project requirements, presenting design and construction solutions, and converting leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, architectural knowledge, and a passion for sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries for architectural, construction, and interior projects
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and project expectations
- Conduct virtual consultations and project discussions
- Present design concepts, company services, and project proposals to clients
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for project feasibility
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM/database updates
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in architecture, interiors, construction sales, or client handling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of residential construction and interior workflows
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or presentation tools is an advantage
- Comfortable with video calls and remote client coordination
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Sales negotiation and lead conversion
- Proposal preparation

- Understanding of architectural drawings and space planning
- Social media or digital lead handling experience is a plus
