About HousyPoint Tech Solutions: HousyPoint Home Inspection helps homebuyers identify construction defects and quality issues before taking possession of their property through professional home inspections and detailed reporting.
About the Role: We are looking for an HR Intern who can support the Human Resources team primarily in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on campus hiring and college collaborations. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating recruitment drives, building relationships with colleges, and assisting senior HR members with day-to-day HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
Source, screen and shortlist candidates for open positions across departments.
Post job openings on job portals, social media and other relevant platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds for candidates.
Identify and connect with colleges/universities for campus placement drives.
Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells for ongoing collaboration. Plan, coordinate and execute campus hiring drives and pre-placement talks.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new joiners.
Support senior HR team members in day-to-day HR operations such as documentation, employee records, policy communication and HR reporting.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field – Mandatory.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks/drives simultaneously.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets and job portals. Confident, professional and presentable, with the ability to represent the company at colleges/events.
Willingness to travel for campus visits and recruitment drives as required.
Freshers with good communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
