Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the paint industry and be responsible for generating business, developing dealer and distributor networks, increasing product sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and project customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and monitor competitor activities.
- Promote the company's paint products and provide product demonstrations when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, competitor products, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, dealer meets, exhibitions, and product launches.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the Paint, Building Materials, Waterproofing, or Construction Chemicals industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of dealer/distributor management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
