Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Present and promote the company's products to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and operations teams for timely order fulfilment.
Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Business Development or Retail Sales.
Experience in the Apparel, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Retail Industry is preferred.
Preferred Brand Experience:
London Berry, Fox Club, Numero Uno, Flying Machine, Sparky, Flu, Killer, Levi's, Mufti, or similar retail brands.
