Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating MRI equipment and ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for MRI scans.
- Ensure patient safety and follow all MRI safety protocols.
- Screen patients for contraindications, implants, and other safety concerns.
- Maintain high-quality imaging standards and accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle routine equipment checks and report any technical issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the MRI department.
- Follow hospital policies, radiation safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients before and during procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an MRI Technician.
- Strong knowledge of MRI procedures, protocols, and safety standards.
- Experience in handling advanced MRI equipment.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
