We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern (IT) to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT business domain — from lead generation and market research to client communication and sales strategy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in the IT sector.
- Generate and qualify business leads through online channels, professional networks, and research tools.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect data in the CRM system.
2. Business Development & Sales Support
- Assist in creating and implementing business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Support the team in client meetings, demos, and follow-up activities.
3. Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Interact with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present relevant IT solutions.
- Build long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage communication pipelines to ensure timely and effective responses.
4. Marketing & Outreach Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns, social media promotions, and digital initiatives.
- Help develop content for proposals, brochures, and case studies.
- Participate in webinars, online events, and networking sessions.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track business development activities and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, and outreach success metrics.
- Share insights and suggestions to optimize business development efforts.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of IT products, software services, and technology trends.
- Good analytical, presentation, and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Information Technology or Marketing (pursuing or recently completed).
- Prior exposure or internship experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Technology Consulting is an advantage.
