Position: Filling & Dispatch Executive Department: Factory / Operations Location: Vadodara Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Filling Operations
- Handle product filling and packaging activities as per company standards
- Ensure accurate quantity filling and proper labeling of products
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the filling area
- Coordinate with production team for smooth workflow
Dispatch Operations
- Prepare dispatch materials and coordinate shipment activities
- Verify dispatch quantity, batch details, and documentation
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished goods
- Coordinate with transport vendors and warehouse team
Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and daily reports
- Monitor packing materials and inventory availability
- Assist in stock verification and inventory management
Quality & Safety
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
- Report operational issues or damages immediately
- Ensure proper handling of products and materials
Qualification
- 10th / 12th / Graduate can apply
- Basic knowledge of factory operations preferred
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in factory, warehouse, filling, or dispatch operations will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
