JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Executive Director - Workforce Analytics & Business Intelligence within our Workforce Analytics function, you will unite executive-facing insights with scalable BI products and governed self-service reporting. You will help leaders understand patterns and risks across areas such as retention, mobility, performance, succession, and talent allocation through decision-ready narratives and materials. You will partner closely with data and platform teams to strengthen data quality, lineage, entitlements, and compliance across analytics solutions. You will set clear operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, delivery, and adoption, and you will track and communicate impact through defined success metrics.
Job responsibilities

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Human Resources and business executives by translating priorities into clear analytics agendas and actionable recommendations

Lead end-to-end delivery across executive advisory insights, dashboards and BI products, and self-service enablement

Drive proactive analytics that identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities, and shape narratives that influence decisions and actions

Oversee development and continuous improvement of governed self-service analytics capabilities

Translate complex business questions into scalable technical solutions, including reusable data products, semantic layers, and metrics definitions

Partner with data and platform teams to ensure strong data quality, lineage, access entitlements, and compliance across analytics solutions

Collaborate with AI and Data Science partners to operationalize advanced analytics into practical workflows and consumable BI experiences

Establish operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication

Monitor solution performance, adoption, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Track, quantify, and communicate business impact through defined success metrics and outcome reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience leading analytics, business intelligence, and data-promoten strategy in a large, complex, global organization

Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade analytics products and executive advisory insights

Proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Strong executive presence with the ability to synthesize quantitative findings into clear, decision-ready narratives and recommendations

Experience designing and delivering modern BI and self-service analytics solutions in cloud environments

Technical fluency in data integration concepts, semantic layer and metrics design, and scalable analytics delivery patterns

Experience implementing data governance and controls, including data integrity, security, and appropriate access management

Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and program execution skills in high-visibility environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience partnering with Human Resources teams on workforce and talent analytics use cases

Hands-on experience with modern visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Sigma) and dashboard/UX best practices

Experience integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms (Databricks experience preferred)

Experience operationalizing predictive analytics or pattern-recognition outputs into day-to-day decision workflows

Experience building governed self-service enablement programs, including training, adoption, and usage measurement
