- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote business school programs and executive education offerings.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates for admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to support enrollment targets.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and promotional content.
- Manage the institution's website and ensure content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, industry associations, and educational consultants.
- Organize webinars, seminars, education fairs, workshops, and networking events.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for branding and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
