We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Service GSA to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
- Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints professionally
- Follow company service standards and grooming policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant/hotel service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Basic English communication required
- Well-groomed and customer-oriented personality
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
