We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.- Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.- Maintain office inventory, records, and administrative documentation.- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.- Support facility management and compliance requirements.- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication abilities- Proficiency in MS Office- Vendor management and negotiation skills- Attention to detail and problem-solving approach
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline- 1–4 years of experience in Administration/Office Operations- MBA/MMS preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
