Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational growth through effective people management
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Prepare job descriptions and post job openings
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
Employee Relations
- Maintain positive employee relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Ensure healthy workplace culture and employee engagement
Payroll & Attendance
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Performance Management
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Monitor employee productivity and KPIs
- Support career development and succession planning
Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs
- Organize training programs and workshops
- Support employee skill development initiatives
HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
