- Coordination with Department Heads
- Employee Relations & Discipline Management
- Handling Labour & Workforce Issues
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Textile / Spinning Industry is Mandatory
- Strong HR Operations & Administration Knowledge
- Hindi Speaking Candidates Preferred
- Good Leadership & Communication Skills
- Ability to manage large workforce operations
