Key ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations
- Manage the overall functioning of the training center.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and activities.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, infrastructure, and center maintenance.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of systems, internet, and training resources.
- Maintain center records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Team Management
- Supervise trainers, facilitators, counselors, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Guide and motivate the team to achieve operational and training targets.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Candidate Management
- Support candidate mobilization and enrollment activities.
- Ensure proper counseling and onboarding of candidates.
- Address candidate concerns and provide necessary support during training.
- Monitor candidate attendance, performance, and engagement.
Training & Quality Assurance
- Ensure quality delivery of training programs as per project guidelines.
- Track batch progress and completion timelines.
- Coordinate assessments, certifications, and placement activities.
- Ensure compliance with project and audit requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with local authorities, partners, vendors, and employers.
- Maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders and placement partners.
- Support visits, audits, and inspections by management or clients.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate MIS and center-related data.
- Monitor center performance against targets and KPIs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
