1. Inventory Management
- Maintain complete records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
2. Material Receipt & Inspection
- Verify quantity and quality of materials received against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the site engineer for inspection and acceptance.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
3. Material Issue
- Issue materials only against approved material requisition slips.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to site teams.
- Maintain proper issue registers and digital records.
4. Store Organization
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of all materials.
- Protect materials from theft, damage, moisture, and weather.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store.
5. Documentation
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, stock registers, return registers, and gate passes.
- Keep all documentation updated and available for audits.
- Submit periodic inventory and consumption reports.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, project engineers, and vendors.
- Inform procurement about low stock levels well in advance.
- Support billing by providing material consumption records whenever required.
7. Asset & Tool Management
- Maintain records of tools, machinery, shuttering material, and equipment.
- Track issuance and return of company assets.
- Report damaged or missing items immediately.
8. Loss Prevention
- Prevent pilferage and unauthorized issue of materials.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
- Conduct surprise stock checks when instructed.
9. Compliance
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to storage and handling of materials.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
