Job Title: Pre-Primary -Playgroup Teacher (Mid-Term)

Timing: 8am to 4pm
Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, high-energy, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team mid-term for our Playgroup section.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Management & Transition: Smoothly take over the classroom routine mid-term, ensuring the toddlers feel secure, comfortable, and engaged during the teacher transition.
Curriculum Execution: Implement the daily lesson plans, sensory activities, and play-based learning modules according to the pre-established school calendar.
Early Childhood Development: Foster social, emotional, motor, and language development through storytelling, rhymes, arts & crafts, and interactive games.
Student Well-being & Safety: Maintain a highly hygienic, safe, and positive environment. Actively supervise children during play, snack times, and transitions.
Parent Communication: Provide regular, empathetic, and constructive updates to parents regarding their child's daily progress and adjustment to the new teacher.
Assessments & Documentation: Maintain anecdotal records, track child development milestones, and prepare mid-term student portfolios/reports.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Education: Graduate with an Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or Montessori certification.
Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience in a preschool/playgroup setting. Experience stepping into a role mid-session is a major plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal English communication, voice modulation for storytelling, and strong interpersonal skills.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence, endless patience, creative, and an energetic classroom presence.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of using preschool communication apps (e.g., Toddle, Illumine, or school portals) for parent updates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
