Team Manager (Graphic design)
This position will be located within MACS INDIA (Marketing & Creative Services) which is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing a wide range of services including marketing, campaign management, social analytics, content creation, and creative design for the entire Capgemini Group.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs. You will use your expertise in design principles, typography, and layout to develop creative concepts and execute designs for various mediums, including digital and print. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product development, and other departments, to ensure that visual designs align with overall business goals and objectives.
As a People Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 direct reports.
