Key Responsibilities
Remote Support & Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by customers or field engineers, providing step-by-step remote guidance to resolve problems quickly.
Manage, prioritize, and coordinate incoming service requests and set efficient maintenance/repair schedules for the field team.
Documentation & Approval, verify, and approve technical service reports and maintenance documentation submitted by technicians.
Actively monitor equipment performance data from the office to identify recurring technical issues or failure trends.
Partner with our internal engineering, production, and quality teams to implement permanent engineering solutions for recurring product issues.
Maintain Proper data records of all service histories, spare parts utilization data, and updated technical instruction manuals.
Ensure all handled service activities strictly adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety/quality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronics troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to clearly explain technical steps over the phone or email).
Good computer skills (proficiency in Excel, ERP software, or service CRM tools for scheduling and documentation).
Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities to mentor junior team members.
Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, control systems, or automation products is a major advantage.
Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore (In-Office Role)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹19,999.00 per month
