Job Summary
Cerulean Enviro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Proposal & Estimation Executive to prepare technical BOQs, quotations, and proposals for Water Treatment Plants (RO, STP, ETP, UF, Softener, DM Plants, etc.). The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, excellent written communication, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for water treatment projects.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Draft professional emails and communicate with clients regarding quotations and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, and project teams for accurate costing and proposal preparation.
- Prepare and maintain quotation records, price lists, and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel formulas for estimation, costing, and data analysis.
- Create professional documents using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into accurate quotations.
- Learn and understand products and technologies used in the water treatment industry.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations whenever required.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel ( Tables, basic formulas, data handling).
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional emails and technical documents.
- Good analytical and logical thinking ability.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of the water treatment industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, B.E./B.Tech., or equivalent).

- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Good client communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in engineering, industrial products, or the water treatment industry.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and prepare accurate BOQs and quotations.
