- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Carry out mise en place and ensure timely preparation for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and personal hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and adhere to FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Minimize food wastage and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and handling kitchen supplies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior chefs.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
