About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Career Coach and Webinar Speaker with a strong background in the IT industry to conduct online webinars and provide career guidance to students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the technology sector, be up to date with the latest technologies and job market trends, and be passionate about mentoring students.
The candidate will deliver engaging webinars, explain current industry expectations, and help students understand how programs like Nexvantara can help them become industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online webinars in Tamil and English.
- Deliver sessions on career opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide one-on-one career counseling and mentoring to students.
- Guide students on in-demand IT skills, career pathways, and job market expectations.
- Explain how Nexvantara's programs can support students in becoming industry-ready.
- Answer students' questions and provide practical career advice.
Requirements
- Strong professional background in the IT industry.
- Experience as a career coach, mentor, trainer, or webinar speaker.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.
- Good understanding of current technology trends and the IT job market.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and mentor students in a virtual environment.
- Comfortable conducting webinars and counseling sessions via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Compensation
- ₹600–₹800 per hour
