Monz Creative School is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs. Key Responsibilities
· Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics
· Design and develop course materials, presentations, case studies, and hands-on projects
· Provide one-on-one mentoring and career guidance to students
· Keep curriculum updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
· Facilitate practical workshops and real-world campaign simulations
· Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
· Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies
· Collaborate with the academic team on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
· 1-2 years of training or teaching experience preferred
· Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint certifications
· Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
· Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
· Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
· Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva
· Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of WordPress
· Experience with marketing analytics and data interpretation
· Multiple digital marketing certifications
· Experience in curriculum development
