Handles all sales functions in a professional manner for counter customers by providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs,
- Accurately handle payments (cash, card) and process orders using POS systems.
- Knowledge of products to answer questions and demonstrate usage.
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales counter is clean and tidy.
