We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Travel Consultant / Sr Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling visa processing, ticketing (bus, train, and flights), and creating customized tour packages for clients. You will assist customers with travel planning, documentation, and booking services to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle visa applications and documentation for different countries.
- Book flight, train, and bus tickets for domestic and international travel.
- Design and promote customized tour packages based on customer needs.
- Provide accurate travel information, pricing, and itinerary planning.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on bookings and visa status.
- Deliver excellent customer service and travel support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in travel agency operations (Visa processing, ticketing, tour packages).
- Knowledge of flight booking systems and travel portals is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and booking platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and visa regulations.
