Designation: Design Adviser – Luxury Furnishings
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Design Adviser to join our luxury retail furnishing studio. This role is ideal for an interior designer who enjoys working closely with clients, translating their vision into refined, cohesive spaces, and guiding them through a seamless design journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients from the moment they enter the studio, understanding their aesthetic preferences, spatial needs, and lifestyle.
* Curate and recommend fabrics, wallpapers, and furnishings aligned with the brand’s design language.
* Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and styling directions tailored to each project.
* Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and ensure design feasibility.
* Coordinate selections across categories including upholstery, curtains, wallpapers, and accessories.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
* Build meaningful client relationships through thoughtful design guidance and attention to detail.
Skills & Requirements:
* Background in Interior Design with a strong sense of aesthetics and material understanding.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and mood boards.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate client needs into elegant design solutions.
* Proactive, personable, and confident in client-facing interactions.
* Experience in luxury retail or residential design will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
