Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and digital design. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics and the ability to transform ideas into engaging creatives for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Develop banners, brochures, posters, and branding materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute campaign visuals
- Work on admission marketing creatives for educational clients
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Edit images, videos, and reels for digital platforms
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Strong creativity and visual design skills
- Understanding of social media design formats and trends
- Ability to take feedback and make quick revisions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio showcasing design work (preferred)
