Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, access points.
- Windows Server & Linux support, AD/DNS/DHCP administration.
- End-user support for Windows/Linux systems, hardware/software troubleshooting.
- NAS/Cloud backups, data protection, disaster recovery.
- Manage Microsoft 365/Exchange mailboxes and security.
- Software license tracking and compliance.
- Document IT assets, optimize infrastructure, implement upgrades and policies
