Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated quality assurance executive to oversee and ensure the quality of our research processes and outputs. The QA Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop QA Policies: Design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct Audits: Regularly audit research activities and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Monitor Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Identify Improvements: Collaborate with research teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training: Provide instruction to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Report Findings: Document and report any deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
