Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat.
Provide basic troubleshooting and resolve software-related issues.
Guide customers in using software features.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
Willingness to learn.
Basic Accounting knowledge
Qualification: Graduate (preferred).
