Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, ensure high satisfaction levels, and support sales and service operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experience in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads) professionally
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective customers for sales conversion
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer handling
- Schedule test drives, service appointments, and delivery follow-ups
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct post-sale and post-service feedback calls
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in customer engagement activities and showroom events
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in automobile dealership or customer service role
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (Konkani preferred)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
