Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
-Manage existing client accounts to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
-Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress to management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in sales or business development , preferably in a building material company.
-Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
