Project Manager – Software Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Software Development to lead and manage web and mobile application projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end software development projects (web & mobile)
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and UI/UX teams
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, project plans)
- Track resource allocation and utilization
- Handle change requests and manage project risks effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects
- Strong understanding of frontend & backend technologies
- Experience with web and mobile application development
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, APIs, and databases
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good to Have:
- Technical background in software development
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working with international clients
- PMP / Scrum Master certification
