We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization. This role will play a critical part in driving our people transformation agenda, ensuring we continue to build a workplace that supports both business growth and employee experience. The Senior HR Manager will also serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive and Leadership Teams.
This role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations.
- Lead recruitment efforts and streamline onboarding processes.
- Conduct interviews for management and executive-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the hiring process.
- Identify and mitigate current and future competency gaps based on the vision of the organization.
- Develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs in collaboration with L&D experts
- Conduct bi-annual ENPS surveys, collect insights, and form actionable steps for continuous improvement.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
- Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive BCI to be a great place to work.
- Demonstrates strong professional and people-centric values, while proactively identifying and mitigating organizational risks.
- Oversee the appraisal and promotion process and establish performance evaluation frameworks.
- Drive compliances within the organizations including policy development, modification, and implementation.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead OKR reviews with the BCI Executive team
- Successfully delivers against OKRs of the HR department by identifying relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively raise risks against HR OKRs/recruitment/initiatives progress.
- Manage end -to-end HR OPS including salary disbursement, insurance etc
- Lead the HR team members including recruiters, HR operations associate, and L&D specialist.
- Controls the quality of work of the HR department to the highest standard.

- Apprentices others (if applicable) in a strengths –based way
