Job Description (JD) – HR Executive
Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Location: Delhi
Reporting To: HR Manager / Management
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Employee onboarding and induction.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll input management.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Handling joining, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Coordination for Full & Final settlement process.
- Employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Preparing HR reports and MIS data.
- Coordinating manpower requirements with different departments.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software.
- Understanding of payroll processes and labor laws.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Salary:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
