About the Role
We are seeking a technically-minded and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is a hybrid of technical consultancy and active sales. You will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in our range of diode laser machines and UV laser equipment, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to a successful technical setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Promptly handle incoming sales calls and inquiries.
- Consultative Selling: Reach out to potential leads and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into sales.
- Technical Advisory: Address complex technical queries regarding laser engraving, cutting parameters, and machine specifications.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales technical guidance to ensure customers can operate their machinery effectively.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or technical support, preferably within the 3D printing, CNC, or Laser industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (e.g., LightBurn, LaserGRBL) over the phone or via remote desktop.
- Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a high volume of follow-ups.
