Odin Healthcare is hiring a Telecaller to assist with our PCD Pharma Franchise sales activities. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our PCD franchise opportunities, and helping convert interested prospects into franchise partners.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and the ability to effectively manage sales discussions over the phone while building positive relationships with potential business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients interested in PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities.
- Clearly present and explain the company’s PCD franchise business model and benefits to potential partners.
- Identify and qualify potential leads from the company’s provided database.
- Keep accurate records of daily calls, conversations, and follow-up activities.
- Share the product catalogue, company profile, and franchise information with interested clients through WhatsApp or Email.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to support lead nurturing and conversion into franchise partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective business associates.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic understanding of English is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in PCD Pharma or pharmaceutical telecalling.
- Experience dealing with franchise or distributor inquiries/leads.
- Background in sales calling, telemarketing, or customer support will be beneficial.
